Privacy Policy
This policy explains what zenithz cloud processes, why it is needed, where third parties are involved, and what choices you have. Security controls are documented separately because security and privacy are related, but they are not the same thing.

This policy applies to zenithzcloud.com, the zenithz cloud desktop launcher, and zenithz cloud-operated account or social services. Minecraft, Microsoft, Modrinth, GitHub, Discord, and other third-party services have their own policies.
zenithz cloud is an independent project and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. By using a third-party service through zenithz cloud, you also interact directly with that provider under its terms.
The exact data depends on which features you use. zenithz cloud does not need every category for every user.
When you sign in, the official Microsoft authorization flow may provide account identifiers, an Xbox or Minecraft profile, Minecraft username, ownership status, skin and cape metadata, and authorization tokens. zenithz cloud does not receive your Microsoft password.
Local settings, instances, installed content, Java configuration, logs, and launch preferences are processed on your device. Data is sent to zenithz cloud services only when a connected feature requires it or when you deliberately submit it.
If you use social features, zenithz cloud may process your profile identifier, display name, avatar, friend relationships, online or last-seen status, messages, moderation records, and delivery metadata.
Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser or app version, request time, requested route, response status, and similar operational logs needed to deliver and protect the service.
zenithz cloud does not sell personal data. Public profiles are not currently available; if they are introduced, visibility controls and any policy changes will be explained before activation.
Local launcher data remains on your device until you remove it, uninstall the launcher, or clear the relevant files. Connected-service account data, social records, and operational logs are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the feature, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
zenithz cloud uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data being processed, but no system can guarantee absolute security. See the platform features and their boundaries.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data.
You can remove local launcher data from your device and revoke zenithz cloud's Microsoft access through your Microsoft account controls. For connected zenithz cloud services, send a request through the official contact below. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account, and some information may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect the service.
Use zenithz cloud only if permitted by Microsoft and Minecraft terms and applicable age requirements. Where local law requires guardian consent, a parent or guardian must authorize use.
Privacy questions and data requests can currently be submitted through the official zenithz cloud Discord. Do not post tokens, passwords, private messages, or other sensitive information in a public channel.
