Refund Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026. The 30-day refund policy applies to qualifying problems caused by Zenithz Cloud, not to changes in customer preference or customer-side problems.

Introduction

At Zenithz Cloud, we want customers to receive the Service they purchased in a functional and usable condition. This 30-Day Refund Policy explains when a customer may request a refund and when a refund will not be provided.

This policy applies to eligible hosting Services purchased directly from Zenithz Cloud, subject to the conditions below.

1. 30-Day Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of the original Service purchase if the purchased Service has a substantial and unresolved issue caused by Zenithz Cloud.

The 30-day period begins when the Service is initially provisioned.

A refund request submitted after the 30-day period may be rejected unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The 30-day period does not mean that customers can use the Service for 30 days and then request a refund simply because they no longer want it.

2. When a Refund Is Eligible

A refund may be approved when all of the following conditions are satisfied: 1. The request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase. 2. The problem is caused by Zenithz Cloud or our infrastructure. 3. The problem substantially prevents the customer from using the purchased Service. 4. Zenithz Cloud has been given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. 5. The issue cannot reasonably be resolved within an appropriate period. 6. The customer has cooperated with reasonable troubleshooting requests.

Examples of potentially eligible issues include: • The purchased server cannot be provisioned because of a persistent provider-side failure. • The Service repeatedly remains inaccessible because of a Zenithz Cloud infrastructure failure. • A purchased resource is materially missing or incorrectly allocated due to our provisioning system. • A persistent infrastructure fault prevents the Service from functioning as advertised. • A provider-side technical problem makes the Service substantially unusable and cannot be reasonably resolved.

3. Refunds Are Not Available for Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing a Service.

Examples include: • "I don't need the server anymore." • "I found a cheaper host." • "I don't like the location." • "I don't like the CPU." • "I want to move to another plan." • "I changed my project." • "I bought too much RAM." • "I bought the wrong plan." • "I don't like the performance of my application." • "I expected Minecraft to perform differently." • "I no longer want to run my server." • "My friends stopped playing." • "I found another provider." • "I purchased the Service accidentally but already used it."

These situations are considered customer-side decisions and do not qualify for a refund under this policy.

4. Customer Configuration Issues

Refunds are generally not available when the problem is caused by the customer's own configuration or software.

Examples include: • Incorrect server configuration. • Incorrect Minecraft configuration. • Plugin conflicts. • Mod conflicts. • Broken modpacks. • Incorrect Java versions. • Customer-installed software. • Customer-installed malware. • Incorrect firewall rules. • Incorrect DNS configuration. • Incorrect application configuration. • Customer-caused resource exhaustion. • Customer modifications to the operating system. • Customer deletion or corruption of files. • Unsupported software.

Zenithz Cloud support may assist with troubleshooting where reasonable, but troubleshooting assistance does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

5. Performance Expectations

A customer being dissatisfied with application performance does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Performance can depend on factors outside Zenithz Cloud's direct control, including: • Application optimization. • Minecraft server configuration. • Plugins. • Mods. • Number of players. • World size. • Server software. • Java configuration. • CPU workload. • Disk I/O. • Network routing. • Customer configuration.

For example, purchasing a server and experiencing low Minecraft TPS because of an unoptimized plugin does not constitute a provider-side Service failure.

6. Network and DDoS Incidents

Temporary network interruptions, routing problems, DDoS attacks, upstream outages, or other Internet-wide infrastructure issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Zenithz Cloud may attempt to mitigate such incidents and restore Service as quickly as reasonably possible.

A refund may be considered when a persistent provider-side network failure substantially prevents use of the Service and cannot reasonably be resolved.

7. Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Maintenance may be necessary to: • Upgrade hardware. • Apply security patches. • Maintain network infrastructure. • Replace failing hardware. • Upgrade storage. • Perform infrastructure migrations.

Emergency maintenance may also be performed when necessary to protect the Service or Infrastructure.

8. Abuse and Terms Violations

Customers whose Services are suspended or terminated because of violations of the Terms of Service are generally not eligible for a refund.

This includes termination resulting from: • DDoS attacks. • Network abuse. • Malware. • Phishing. • Fraud. • Spam. • Unauthorized access attempts. • Resource abuse. • Illegal activity. • Repeated abuse complaints. • Circumvention of Service restrictions.

This does not affect any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers should contact Zenithz Cloud support before initiating a chargeback when the issue can reasonably be resolved through our support process.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or termination.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising rights provided by applicable law.

10. Refund Calculation

If a refund is approved, Zenithz Cloud may determine the refundable amount based on the unused portion of the affected Service, the nature of the failure, and applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide: • A full refund. • A partial refund. • Service credit. • Service replacement. • Another appropriate remedy.

Where the Service was substantially unusable from the beginning due to a Zenithz Cloud-side failure, a full refund may be considered.

11. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where technically and legally possible.

Processing times depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Zenithz Cloud does not control the processing time of third-party payment providers.

12. Non-Refundable Add-ons

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following may be non-refundable: • Additional IP addresses. • Dedicated IP services. • Storage add-ons. • Backup storage. • One-time setup fees. • Migration services. • Custom configuration services. • Third-party licenses. • Domain registration or renewal fees. • Other third-party services purchased on behalf of the customer.

If an add-on itself failed because of a Zenithz Cloud-side issue, the affected add-on may be reviewed separately.

13. Promotional Services

Promotional, discounted, trial, giveaway, or special-offer Services may have separate refund conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional Services are subject to the same requirement that the refund must result from a qualifying provider-side failure.

Changing your mind about a promotional purchase does not qualify for a refund.

14. Replacement Before Refund

Before approving a refund, Zenithz Cloud may attempt to resolve the problem through reasonable technical measures.

This may include: • Reinstalling the server. • Moving the Service to another node. • Replacing faulty hardware. • Correcting resource allocation. • Reassigning an IP address. • Repairing infrastructure. • Migrating the Service. • Correcting a provisioning error.

If the issue is successfully resolved, the Service may continue instead of being refunded.

15. Customer Cooperation

Customers must provide reasonable information necessary to investigate a refund claim.

This may include: • Error messages. • Screenshots. • Logs. • Server identifiers. • Approximate timestamps. • Relevant configuration information. • Steps required to reproduce the issue.

A refund investigation may be delayed when the customer does not provide enough information to determine whether the issue originates from Zenithz Cloud.

16. Abuse of the Refund Policy

Customers may not intentionally abuse this policy.

Examples include: • Repeatedly purchasing Services and requesting refunds without a qualifying provider-side issue. • Intentionally damaging a Service and claiming the damage was caused by Zenithz Cloud. • Providing false information. • Manipulating monitoring results. • Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly use the refund window. • Purchasing Services solely for temporary use and then attempting to recover the payment.

Abuse of the refund policy may result in the rejection of future refund requests and account restrictions.

17. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact Zenithz Cloud support through the official support channel.

Include: • Account email. • Service ID. • Purchase date. • Description of the problem. • Relevant error messages or evidence. • Steps already attempted to resolve the issue.

The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original Service purchase to qualify under this policy.

18. Refund Investigation

Zenithz Cloud may investigate: • Infrastructure status. • Server logs. • Node health. • Network connectivity. • Resource allocation. • Provisioning records. • Relevant system events. • Customer configuration.

The purpose of the investigation is to determine whether the reported issue originated from Zenithz Cloud or from the customer's own environment.

A refund decision will be based on the available technical evidence and the terms of this policy.

19. No Automatic Refund

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

The 30-day period is a refund eligibility window, not a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee.

Refund eligibility depends on the cause and severity of the issue.

20. Consumer Protection Laws

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Where applicable law provides a customer with a mandatory right to cancel, refund, replacement, or other remedy, that legal right will take precedence over this policy.

21. Policy Changes

Zenithz Cloud may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Changes will generally apply to purchases made after the updated policy becomes effective unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The version applicable at the time of purchase may be used when evaluating a refund request, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

22. Summary

The policy can be summarized as follows:

Eligible: • Provider-side technical failure. • Infrastructure failure caused by Zenithz Cloud. • Incorrect provisioning by Zenithz Cloud. • Persistent Service failure that substantially prevents use. • Issue reported within 30 days. • Zenithz Cloud cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

Not eligible: • Change of mind. • No longer needing the Service. • Finding another provider. • Buying the wrong plan. • Customer configuration problems. • Plugin/mod/application problems. • Poorly optimized Minecraft servers. • Customer-caused data loss. • Terms-of-Service violations. • Abuse-related suspension or termination. • Normal maintenance. • Temporary outages that are reasonably resolved.

The core rule is simple: the 30-day refund policy applies to qualifying problems caused by Zenithz Cloud, not to changes in customer preference or customer-side problems.
